Follow the steps to delete the anthology details.

a. Open the binder that contains the music files.

b. I would propose you lot to delete the following files from the folders.

AlbumArt_{GUID}_Large.jpg

AlbumArt_{GUID}_Small.jpg

Folder.jpg images

Note: I would suggest you to delete these files from all the folders which take the music files.

Step 3:

I would propose you to rebuild the Windows Media Role player Database.

Follow the steps.

a. Exit Windows Media Player.

b. Click Start, click Run, type %userprofile%\Appdata\

c. Open Local binder and open up Microsoft folder.

d. Select the Media Actor folder, and then click Delete on the File carte du jour.

Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

Now check whether you have the album in the Windows Media Player.

Of import: Remember to disable "retrieve media information" and other similar options in WMP(Windows Media Histrion) to prevent it from downloading the same affair over again from internet.

You accept GOT to be kidding. Not only practise I have to remove the fine art from each binder individually, but I accept to REBUILD my database Again(!?) afterwards? NO WAY! I just rebuilt (several days of typing the song data manually!) the database trying to resolve that revocation and renewal processing error (Still unresolved on this end) and unfortunately got information technology all back! It would exist easier to become a different player that WILL get rid of it (and the revocation and renewal processing fault) more than easily than deal with all that BS.

Is there a diffferent option?

I tried that, it did non work to get rid of any of it. It also would not help when I sync information technology to my MP3 player, that is the OTHER reason I want to PERMANENTLY be rid of it all. Any other options?

Hello Rose Mary Wicker,

If he you are not willing to go through all of your albums manually, you might accept to download a tertiary-party tag editor of some kind to be able to edit the metadata on your anthology artwork permanently.

Disclaimer: Using Third Political party Software, including hardware drivers tin can cause serious problems that may preclude your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that whatever problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software can be solved. Using Third Party Software is at your own gamble.

Manually!? I already tried a few and got them back on next reboot (YES, the "options" settings were unchecked) That is why I said it didn't work! I have NO Thought what a tag editor even IS, so I have no intention of screwing upwardly my calculator that way.

Non willing? You say that as if I have 3 or 4 albums, that is not true, nosotros are discussing several hundred folders that I already had to type in the vocal/album information manually into the library for.

I will simply get a unlike actor program since WMP is becoming increasingly more difficult to piece of work with.

Cheers for cypher.
